Late in 2000 the MDXA and DX community lost a great ham and true friend with the passing of Lowell Otto, W5NO. After his passing, the MDXA was fortunate to aquire his QSL collection. Lowell was a very quiet, unassuming guy and it was only after examining his QSL collection that it became apparent just what a trully great DXer he was. He ended his DX chase with 369 (including 40 deleted). His collection is also a peek into DX history. The images below are the 40 deleted entities in his collection.
