What was on
in 1999
1999 really started off with a bang! The crew at ZL9CI did a wonderful job and was easy to work. Many got this one for an all time new one. And many worked on several bands. This was THE Dxpedition for 1999!!!!!

Frank Smith, AH0W, and his group did a major operation from 3B9
as 3B9R and made a lot of MDXAers happy.

Finally some guys activated ZC4 on a somewhat regular basis..
Franz and Baldur showed from Somiland
as 6O0X and 6O1Z but it would not count for DXCC.
EP2FM began showing up on RTTY and would count for DXCC.
He even has e mail for schedules if you needed EP for DXCC.

OJ0/K7BV Dennis was up and easy to work .
DX1S, Martti put this one on for the nice callsign to honor Cass.
EP2MKO was on a lot but not so many got cards .....Yet
Group went back to MV Island as R1MVA
