2000 MDXA Dinner Banquet

The 9th annual MDXA DX Dinner was held Saturday, December 9th. The event was a rousing success. For the first time, we were fortunate to have a guest speaker who has been a participant in several MAJOR DXpeditions. Wes Lamboley, W3WL gave a presentation on his experiences as a member of the A52A Butan DXpedition. Wes had an excellent slide presentation as well as a very interesting collection of memorabilia from Butan. Our co-DXers of the year were Ernie Orman, W5OXA and Glenn Lowery, K2FF. Both are very deserving of the honor. Dinner was great, company was better....... A good time was had by all......
